The initial comprehensive hearing assessment  is followed, (usually within two weeks) by the fitting of the optimum hearing aid of your choice.

Our personal and appropriate aftercare  provides you with the best possible chance to benefit from fine tuning using the latest technology.

Some people  need only a few days to adapt to their ‘new hearing ability’, whereas some people can take several weeks. Whatever your speed of rehabilitation you can be sure you will be  given the best of attention with as many consultations as is necessary for you to be confident with your new hearing aid.

All this service is at no extra cost to the initial price of your personally chosen hearing aid.   We are committed to your  personal satisfaction with your hearing aid and on the rare occasion that we cannot achieve this, you will be offered an exchange or refund

You will be invited to be seen  every six or 12 months  to make absolutely sure you continue to always hear as well as you’d like.
